Rainbow capital

Rainbow Capital GmbH is a Swiss-based holding company headquartered in Cham, canton of Zug. Founded and owned by Thomas Werth, the company was established to manage, grow and protect assets for the Werth family. Rainbow Capital's assets are diversified, ranging from shares in companies of the CFS Group to investments in financial markets and real estate.

The CFS Group consists of a collection of companies, and covers the entire DACH region:

• Werth IT GmbH in Cham, Switzerland (100% shareholder)

• CFS - Consulting for Financial Services GmbH in Munich, Germany (49% shareholder)

• CFS - Consulting for Financial Services GmbH in St. Andrae, Austria (25.1% shareholder)

CFS Group specializes in Front Arena IT consulting services for banks and hedge funds. Rainbow Capital holds shares in these companies and is involved in their operations at the highest level.

Peter Jarosz is a financial industry veteran and brings extensive experience in trading technology and Front Arena. Due to his background he was appointed both as CEO of Rainbow Capital and Werth IT. With Peter at the helm, Rainbow Capital is well-positioned to expand the CFS Group business and continue to achieve superior risk adjusted returns on financial markets.

Rainbow Capital owns 100% of Sunshine Rainbow Day Estate S.R.L. in Santa Cruz, Costa Rica. This company focuses on generating real estate income in Costa Rica.

As a holding company, Rainbow Capital does not engage in any operative business. It merely collects dividends from the companies in which it holds shares.
